How do I check my order status?
After you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking details.
How long will my order take?
Your order will normally leave our warehouse on 3 to 4 working day after you place your order – or earlier.
During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer, so please remember to order as early as you can.
Can I make any changes to my order now it has been placed?
Once you've placed your order we begin processing it, which means we cannot make any adjustments to your order anymore.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges at this point. If you need a different size or color, please return the items and place a new order.
