Payment methods

We accepts payments using iDeal, PayPal or Creditcard. Orders will be processed following confirmation of the final payment by either iDeal or Paypal or Creditcard.
 

DELIVERIES & RETURNS 

Deliveries

All EU orders will be processed within 24 business hours. International orders will take up to 3 days to process. We them aim to deliver all merchandise orders within 2 working days and art print deliveries within 7 days in the EU. International/outside EU orders may be subject to government taxes and custom charges that are collected at the time of delivery and are separate from the charge by AiRich.nl.

We recommend checking with your local Post office to have an estimate on taxes and custom fees before placing an order. Customers will be contacted by e-mail if there is a problem with the order being processed on time. Shipping Cost will depend on country of choice.

Return policy

Www.airich.nl will accept returns or exchanges for a full refund minus shipping under the following:
• A request for a return or exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of the order
• All items that are returned or exchanged must be received in new, original and unused condition
• All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our returns department.
• Any item that is worn, damaged or altered in anyway will be denied credit or exchange
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for any reason
• Upon receiving of the item you have purchased if it is not entirely to your liking and you would like to return it contact www.airich.nl for instructions

AiRich aims to deliver high quality products and excellent service. Warranties are provided in accordance with Dutch law. Should you however not be satisfied about a product or the service, please contact www.airich.nl
